Family dispute leads to stabbing

Police are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred last night in Eagle Hall, St Michael.

The Nation understands the stabbing occurred during a family dispute and that at least one teenager was involved. 

Police public relations officer, acting inspector Rodney Inniss, confirmed that an incident did take place but he was unable to provide any more details at the time due to the “sensitivity” of the matter.

The status of the victim is not known at this time.
