Brathwaite: Young cricketers should dream big

Work hard and dream big.

This is the advice West Indies test vice-captain and opening batsman Kraigg Brathwaite gave to more than 20 young cricketers yesterday at the closing ceremony of the Line and Length Cric-Mechanics academy camp.

For the past eight weeks, players between the ages of 6 and 16 were involved in training sessions and practice matches to improve their skills and knowledge of the sport.

Special guests Brathwaite, and former West Indies batsman Kirk Edwards took players through several batting drills at the Mapp Hill ground, Dash Valley, St George. (AGB)
