Five injured in Highway accident

Five people had to seek medical attention on Saturday after being involved in a three-vehicle accident on the Ronald Mapp Highway near the junction with Christie Village road in St Thomas.

They five, who complained of various injuries, were travelling in two cars and a pickup truck.

The cars were both going north, while the truck was going in the opposite direction around 2 p.m. when the collision occurred.

All three vehicles were extensively damaged.
