Police have in custody a man who was caught on camera stealing food, jewellery and other items from the home of a 90-year-old woman.

Barbadians expressed shock as a relative of the woman posted a video on social media appealing for assistance in identifying the culprit.

“Earlier today [Wednesday] my granny let a man into the house and he raided the fridge, stole most jewellery and who knows what else. To top it off, he did so without wearing a mask,” the family member wrote.

The individual added the man could not take everything on his bike, so he returned with a car. (MB)
