Come tomorrow, only those schools which have the space will welcome back a full complement of students for face-to-face classes.

Minister of Education Santia Bradshaw announced this yesterday during a televised press conference, moments after Minister of Health Jeffrey Bostic revealed that all testing of students and staff associated with the probe of St George Primary School and Princess Margaret School had produced no further COVID-19 cases.

Last week, public health officials had started the special investigation and aggressive contract tracing after a Princess Margaret schoolgirl had tested positive for COVID-19 and had to be isolated, and a pupil from St George Primary might have been exposed to infection.

But it was all good news yesterday as Bostic said the girl from St George Primary, who had not been in contact with any of her peers, was negative again in a second test and had been cleared to return to school.
