The Samuel Jackman Prescod Institute of Technology (SJPI) has extended the application deadline for the upcoming academic year to Friday, May 21.

Prospective students are reminded that applications are to be submitted online only via the institution’s website.

SJPI’s Registrar, Hyacinth Collymore, said the application process began at the end of February, and there has been a steady flow of applications.

“However, there are still a few remaining spaces on selected programmes. Barring any unforeseen setbacks, the upcoming academic year will see the reopening of the campus for face-to-face learning,” Collymore added.

The SJPI offers over 50 programmes, and is committed to ensuring its graduates can “enter work with skills”. (PR)
