Accused men remanded

Personnel from the Criminal Investigations Department at Oistins Police Station in Christ Church have charged several individuals for a number of serious criminal offences which occurred on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Gall Hill and Cane Vale Crescent, also in Christ Church.

They appeared at the Oistins Magistrates’ Court today before Magistrate Deidre McKenna where they were not required to plead to any of the charges which are all indictable.

They were remanded and are scheduled to reappear on June 14 at the same court.

The individuals and charges are:

  • Xenico O’Neal Moore, 20, of Vauxhall, Christ Church, who was charged that on May 12, 2021 he recklessly or unlawfully discharged a firearm in a public place to wit: Gall Hill in a manner that placed Renico Busby in danger of death or serious bodily harm.
  • Trevor Junior Griffith, 38, of Block 16E Gall Hill Housing Area and Julian Renaldo Nicholls, 28, of Montrose, Christ Church were charged that on May 12, 2021 they recklessly and unlawfully discharged a firearm in a public place to wit Cane Vale Crescent #1 in a manner that placed Raul Clarke in danger of death or serious bodily harm.
  • Trevor Junior Griffith and Julian Renaldo Nicholls were charged that on May 12, 2021 they recklessly and unlawfully discharged a firearm in a public place to wit Cane Vale Crescent #1 in a manner that placed Rickim Catlyn in danger of death or serious bodily harm.
  • Trevor Junior Griffith, 38, of Block 16E, Gall Hill Housing Area, Christ Church and Julian Renaldo Nicholls, 28, of Montrose, Christ Church
    were charged that on May 12, 2021 they recklessly and unlawfully discharged a firearm in a public place to wit Cane Vale Crescent #1 in a manner that placed Ronaldo Ellis in danger of death or serious bodily harm. (PR)
