CLASS 3 PUPILS of Blackman And Gollop Primary School will be back to full-time classes from today, after the Ministry of Education supplied several tents.

This will allow for all senior students to be accommodated, and put an end to the two- and three-day, ‘A’ and ‘B’ rotation that had been in use for the last two terms.

Yesterday, members of the parent-teacher association (PTA) and teachers were at the Staple Grove, Christ Church school setting up. PTA president Tricia Augustine said they were grateful to the ministry, which sourced four 20ft x 20ft tents.

“We will now be able to accommodate an entire classroom of the Class 3s with the three-foot physical distancing. We’re also utilising the hall as well to accommodate one of the classes. We got four tents which were split between the other two classes,” she said. (RA)
