Police make arrest in murder No. 11

Police made a breakthrough into the July 14 murder of Kedar Holloway.

Kelvin Omar Browne, 41, of Ashdeane Village, Black Rock, St Michael, was on Wednesday arrested and charged in connection with the incident.

He’s expected to appear in the District A Magistrate’s Court today.

Holloway, 36, lived at Block 2D Sunnyside Court, Deacons Farm.

Police say they received the report of a body lying in the road at Ashdeane around 12:05 p.m. on that day after an altercation with another man.

There have been 13 murders for 2021. (PR/SAT)
