BECKENHAM – Teddy Bishop hit a sublime hundred to supervise a brilliant run chase and West Indies Under-19s pulled off a two-wicket victory over their English counterparts in the third Youth One-Day International on Wednesday.

In pursuit of a challenging 240 at the Kent County Ground, the Windies Under-19s overhauled their target with three overs to spare, with Bishop carving out a high quality 133 off 117 balls.

The knock comprised 20 fours and came on the heels of his unbeaten 97 two days ago when the Caribbean side agonisingly went down by one wicket.

Summarised scores:

ENGLAND U19s 239 for nine off 50 overs (George Bell 44, Thomas Aspinwall 41, William Luxton 27, Nathan Barnwell 25; Anderson Mahase 2-42, Nathan Edward 2-46).

WEST INDIES U19s 241 for eight off 47 overs (Teddy Bishop 133; Nathan Barnwell 3-30).
