Gunman to know penalty today

Months before David Orlando Waithe was held with his second illegal gun in 2019, the Government of the day instituted a gun amnesty.

Waithe ignored it.

Ten years before, when he was caught and punished for his first, Waithe ignored the fines for the gun and ammunition imposed by a High Court.

Today, the gunman will learn his punishment when he reappears in the No. 2 Supreme Court. (HLE)
