COVID-19: Deaths at 128

The number of people who have succumbed to novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Barbados has risen to 128.

Two more Barbadians passed away from the illness on Friday, October 22.

A 77-year-old male died at the Harrison’s Point Isolation Facility.  He was fully vaccinated.

Meanwhile, a 75-year-old female succumbed to the viral illness while in tertiary isolation at Queen’s College. She was unvaccinated.

Minister of Health and Wellness, Jeffrey Bostic, has extended condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. (BGIS)
