Five more deaths related to COVID-19; toll at 199

Five more Barbadians have succumbed to coronavirus (COVID-19).

The deceased include an 89-year-old woman, who was dead on arrival at the Accident and Emergency (A&E) Department of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, November 12.

The other casualties are a 68-year-old woman, who passed away at the A&E on Sunday, November 14; a 78-year-old man, who died at the Harrison’s Point Isolation Facility on Monday, November 15, and two men, aged 36 and 67, who died today, Tuesday, November 16, at the Harrison’s Point Isolation Facility.  They were all unvaccinated.

The COVID-19 death toll has reached 199.
