Four more COVID deaths take tally to 211

Three Barbadian men died from COVID-19 on Saturday, November 20, and one Barbadian woman passed away from the virus today, Sunday, November 21.

Two of the males, aged 67 and 83, succumbed to the viral illness while at the Geriatric Hospital. They were both fully vaccinated.

The other male, who was 67 years old, died while at the Harrison’s Point Isolation Facility. He was unvaccinated.

A 93-year-old female, who was fully vaccinated, died at the Harrison’s Point Isolation Facility this morning.

Their deaths bring the number of people who have died from the virus to 211.

Acting Minister of Health and Wellness, Senator Dr. Jerome Walcott, extended condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. (BGIS)
