Well-known deejay and radio personality Warren ‘DJ Jon Doe’ Forte was celebrated today during his funeral ceremony at New Dimensions Ministries in Barbarees Hill, St Michael.

In his honour, many of the attendees wore red, as they recalled the on and off-air unforgettable moments they shared with the 47-year-old who was revereed as the best DJ, not just on Hott 95.3FM, but across the country.

Entertainers such as Rupee and Biggie Irie paid tribute to Jon Doe in song.

Programme director Ronnie Clarke spoke on behalf of the Starcom Network and Forte’s close friend and “brother” Rickie Neblett delivered an uplifting and emotional eulogy.

Jon Doe passed away on November 7. (TG)
