Traditional Boxing Day dip

In keeping with the tradition of Boxing Day, many people went to their favourite beaches yesterday for a sea bath.

At Enterprise (Miami) Beach in Christ Church, there was a mixture of visitors and locals with the latter mostly bathing in the shallow part of the water directly behind the Randal Philips Polyclinic in Oistins.

The lifeguards stationed at that beach said yesterday was busier than Saturday and they were expecting more people to come to the beach today.

Stevenson Harris from Upper Carters Gap, also in Christ Church, said his weekend was quiet.
