Boxing Day special time out for families

Boxing Day bank holiday was a special one for many Barbadian families.

People took to parks and beaches yesterdayto mark birthdays and wedding anniversaries as well as continue Yuletide celebrations.

At Farley Hill National Park in St Peter, the Branckers, Agards and friends were celebrating a wedding anniversary and two birthdays.

For Jeffrey and Lee Ann Brancker, it was their 16th anniversary as well as Jeffrey’s birthday, while their friend Ann Agard and her daughter Jordyn-Quinn were celebrating the latter’s 14th birthday. (CA)
