Found guilty of murdering teen

Anderson Rodney Omar Best was found guilty of murder when his trial concluded in the No. 2 Supreme Court.

Best, of Kings Court, Lodge Road, Christ Church, was charged with murdering Justin Trevor Jean, 17, formerly of Kingsland Terrace, Christ Church, on August 30, 2011.

He was represented by attorney Angella Mitchell-Gittens, while Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions Alliston Seale prosecuted.

The verdict was unanimous.

Justice Randall Worrell remanded Best to Dodds Prison until November 4 pending sentencing. (HLE)
