Police said they received a report about 7:20 a.m. that the 40-year-old man, who resides in the area, was involved in an exchange with another man, who reportedly stabbed him.

“The victim fled the scene and ran off towards the Central Police Station, but he collapsed (before reaching the Station) in the car park area just opposite the Central Police Station,” a report from the police public affairs department stated.
