Two people have been charged with the murder of Devitus Chase.
Personnel from the Oistins Police Station arrested and formally charged Shanikqua Kadeesha Cecilia Clarke, 27, of #11 Helstone Lane, Gall Hill, Christ Church and Jarrett Kadeem Brathwaite, 32, of Gibbons Boggs, Christ Church for the alleged crime.
Chase,28, of Cane Vale New Road, Christ Church was found dead at Welches, Christ Church on October 21, 2022, with what police said appeared to be “chop” wounds about the body.
The accused are scheduled to appear in the Oistins Magistrate’s Court on October 27, 2022.
