Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the drowning of 42-year-old Faye Ann Cadogan, of Church Street Gardens, St. Peter.
Her unresponsive body was discovered about 11:50 a.m. today, Monday, September 18, 2023, along Heywoods Beach, Speightstown, St. Peter.
