The Samuel Jackman Prescod Institute of Technology (SJPI) will reopen to students and the public on Monday, November 20.

The Wildey, St Michael campus was temporarily closed on October 23, for urgent repairs.

During that time, students and staff worked remotely.

Principal Ian Drakes said today: “We are happy to report that the repairs have been completed on time, and we are prepared to welcome everyone back to face-to-face operations.”

He added that the closure was necessary to guarantee the safety of everyone during the renovation period.

Students are advised that the academic calendar has been adjusted to make up for any time lost during the temporary closure. The revised academic calendar is available on SJPI’s website at www.sjpi.edu.bb.

Those students who may have any questions or require additional information, are asked to contact the SJPI by emailing [email protected] (PR)
