St Philip is getting another multimillion-dollar luxury development.

The historic Crane Resort has rebranded its ten cliff-front villas property at Whitehaven, Skeete’s Bay from Beach Houses to East Resort, and is planning to construct an eco-luxury villa resort on 50 acres of land there between next year and 2030.

Details of the major project were shared by Crane Resorts managing director, Paul Doyle, and his son John Doyle, director of business development.

“Following the successful Phase 1 opening of ten cliff-front villas in November 2020, we are thrilled to commence the development of Phase 2. This phase will see the exciting addition of a farm-to-table café and 20 new, luxurious, semi-detached hillside villas,” the senior Doyle said. (SC)
