There could be a possible lawsuit emanating from the arrest of Barbadian radio personality Anthony “Admiral” Nelson, according to King’s Counsel Michael Lashley.

While he did not reveal who the lawsuit would be made against, the senior attorney revealed that the matter was being discussed between his firm and Lindsay Chase, the United States attorney who represented Nelson during his Zoom appearance before a Miami judge on Monday, where the US State Attorney issued a “no action” in the case against him.

Lashley told the Weekend Nation yesterday: “I want to thank the US attorneys for working with us and really consolidating the issues. The American attorneys, myself and attorney Faye Burke will collaborate to look at a lawsuit.”

He also issued a statement which he said was compiled by the attorneys, stating that the allegation against his client was false.
