Shavvy Dublin was already having a difficult Monday because it was the anniversary of her daughter’s sudden death.

Unfortunately, that day took a turn for the worse when she found out her fiancé Andell McGarell died after he fell from scaffolding about 30 to 40 high as he worked on a building at Lot C4 Apes Hill, St James.

Despite the tragic circumstances, she is taking comfort that their final words that day were affectionate.
