Barbados-born actor, Niko Terho, who stars as an intern in the popular ABC series Grey’s Anatomy, is currently at home on a brief visit with his family.

He was at Hayman’s Market, St Peter, on Tuesday supporting his mother Suzanne Terho during the official opening of her jewellery store. In his brief remarks, Niko said: “This is really beautiful and it emulates the beauty inside of you. I love you and cheers to you,” before he planted a kiss on her cheek, wished her “all the best of luck”, and joined guests in a toast to the success of Suzka Designs store.

The Barbadian landed the role as young intern Dr Lucas Adams in the ABC medical drama series in 2022, debuting in Season 19. The medical drama series focuses on a group of young doctors at Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital, who began their careers at the facility as interns.

Grey’s Anatomy remains the longest running primetime medical drama in TV history after surpassing ER in 2019. The drama also ranks as ABC’s longest-running primetime scripted series in the network’s history.
