Schools closed Monday

The Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training says regular classes at all schools are suspended due to the anticipated impact of the passage of Hurricane Beryl.

Several schools have been earmarked as hurricane shelters and members of the public are reminded to identify the one nearest to them and make their way to safety, should the need arise.

A notice will be issued as soon as regular school activities can resume,” a statement said. (PR/SAT)
