BWA seeing measured increases in water levels at reservoirs

The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) announced today that water levels in some of its reservoirs have seen increases over the weekend, following last Friday’s reports of low levels.

As a result, the pipe-borne water supply has been restored to most affected districts.

However, residents in higher elevation areas may still experience low water pressure or outages until reservoir levels improve further.

The BWA is committed to assisting these residents with water tankers while the issue persists.

For those needing to report water service issues, the BWA can be contacted at 434-4292. The Authority will continue to provide updates on the situation.

The BWA apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks its customers for their patience and understanding. (BWA)
