Shooting incident at Long Gap under investigation

Police at the District ‘A’ Station are investigating a shooting incident that occurred around 11 p.m. on Thursday at Long Gap, Spooners Hill, St. Michael.

Reports indicate that the victim was standing outside his residence when multiple gunshots were heard.

He later discovered injuries to his neck and right shoulder. The injured man was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by private vehicle, where he remains in critical but stable condition.
