Oistins, Christ Church, has been closed to some businesses and through traffic this morning as officials investigate a suspected oil leak.

Traffic is being diverted at the junctions with Thornbury Hill and Oistins Hill as the inspection takes place.

The leak appears to be near the bus terminal, and no traffic is being allowed in this section. Reports indicate oil is also visible in the car park.

Government officials are present, including deputy Prime Minister Santia Bradshaw. Acting assistant commissioner David Welch is overseeing the operation.

More details as they come. (Nation News)
