King sentenced to 24 months for assault charges

Troy Antonio King was sentenced to Dodds Prison after pleading guilty to two charges in the Holetown Magistrates Court before Magistrate Wayne Clarke Wednesday.

King, 50, of Free Hill, Josey Hill, St Lucy, was sentenced to 18 months on the charge of wounding Moesha Moss with intent on June 14, 2025 and six months for assault occasioning actual bodily harm to Linda Cumberbatch on July 1, 2025.

Those sentences will run consecutively.

He was not allowed to plead in the charge of wounding with intent against Janita Austin on June 14. Austin was attacked and injured while walking home along Heywoods Road, St Peter. (PR/SAT)
