Man charged with wounding and assaulting three women

Police in the Northern Division have made a major breakthrough in the crime against a retired teacher who was attacked along Heywoods Roads, St Peter, as she was making her way home.

Troy Antonio King, 50, of Free Hill, Josey Hill, St Lucy is scheduled to appear in the Holetown Court this morning, charged in connection with attacks on three women between June 14 and July 1, 2025.

King is charged separately with wounding Janita Austin and Moesha Moss with intent, both on June 14, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm of Linda Cumberbatch on July 1.

Austin, a retired teacher, had to be hospitalised after the incident.

King is scheduled to appear before Magistrate Wayne Clarke. (PR/SAT)
