Former West Indies captain Rovman Powell has been sidelined with a wrist injury and will take no part in the ongoing T20 International series against Pakistan in the United States.

He did not play in final T20I against Australia last Monday and didn’t play in Thursday’s opener against Pakistan at the Central Broward County Stadium in south Florida.

He hurt his wrist while attempting a catch in the fourth T20I against Australia in St Kitts and has not played since.

West Indies and Pakistan will meet in the second match on Saturday night and the final match on Sunday night. (PS)
