Fatal collision victim identified

Police have identified the victim of Wednesday’s fatal collision at Haggatt Hall Road, St Michael, as 25-year-old Reon Dottin, of Drax Hall Tenantry, St George.

The accident occurred around 6:48 p.m. on September 17 and involved a motor omnibus, a motor van, and a motorcycle. Investigations revealed that the motor van was travelling towards Mapp Hill ahead of the motorcycle, while the motor omnibus was heading in the opposite direction. On reaching the area of Cutting Road, the three vehicles collided.

Dottin, the motorcyclist, was injured and transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance personnel, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
