Shooting reported on ABC Highway

Update: Police at District A Station are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on St. Barnabas Road, St. Michael, around 10:45 a.m. today.

Initial reports indicate that an altercation involving a group of men led to gunshots being fired, resulting in a male victim sustaining injuries.

He was transported by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident and have appealed to anyone who may have witnessed the event or has information to come forward.
