While on a family getaway in Barbados, Lady Elba picked up a copy of the Daily Nation featuring a photograph of herself and husband Sir Idris Elba.
The model, activist and wife of the newly knighted actor included the image in a recap post following the couple’s visit to Barbados late last month.
The newspaper’s front page, taken by Nation photographer Reco Moore, showed the couple after a lunch meeting with Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley at the Sea Shed Beach Club in Mullins, St Peter.
Sir Idris was officially knighted by King Charles III on June 2 for his services to young people.
