St. Michael man remanded on ammunition charge

A 23-year-old St. Michael man has been remanded to prison after being charged with possession of ammunition.

Abiola Aman Kosay Grant of Kensington New Road was formally charged in connection with the possession of 23 rounds of ammunition on June 13.

Grant appeared before Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court No. 1 on Wednesday, June 17.

He was not required to plead to the indictable offence and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service at Dodds.

Grant is scheduled to reappear in court on July 15.
