UPDATE:
Randy Phillip Phillips was granted $3 000 bail and given two dates to return to court.
Phillips, 30, of Reece Road, Brittons Hill, St Michael, appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the Holetown Magistrates’ Court earlier today.
He was not required to plead to the indictable offences of meeting a minor after sexual grooming on May 21 and sexual intercourse with a minor on August 10.
He is scheduled to reappear on November 6, 2026.
The matter of sexual intercourse with a minor was transferred to the District ‘A’ Criminal Court #1, to be heard on August 19.

Randy Phillip Phillips is scheduled to appear in court today to answer charges of meeting a minor after sexual grooming and sexual intercourse with a minor.
The 30 year old of Reece Road, Brittons Hill, St Michael, was arrested and charged with the offences.
The first incident is alleged to have occurred on May 21 in the Holetown Division and the second in the Hastings/Worthing Division on August 10.
