The man who stood beside Jackson Main Road and threw a rock at a vehicle earlier this week, has pleaded guilty.
Jamar Renaldo Hamilton, 41, of Ixora Crescent, St Thomas, was in the District “A” Magistrates’’ Court No. 2 yesterday morning, before acting Magistrate Shakieda Sealy.
He confessed to intentionally damaging Heather Goddard’s car on October 8, or being reckless as to whether it would be damaged. For that, he was ordered to pay $646.25 in compensation to her, forthwith.
His second charge was for behaving in a riotous and indecent manner, along Jackson Main Road on that same date. He confessed to that as well, and was fined $1 500, payable by January 15, or face the alternative of two months in prison. (SD)
