YET ANOTHER Barbadian surfer is making waves in overseas waters.
Ché Allan produced an outstanding performance to win the Explorers Juniors (15-17 years) Division at the 2015 National Scholastic Surfing Association’s (NSSA) East Coast Regional Championship in Florida, last weekend.
Competing at the New Smyrna Beach, Allan triumphed over a quality field of the top East Coast junior surfers including reigning Explorer junior champion and compatriot Dane Mackie, who was second.
Chauncey Robinson (third), Luke Marks (fourth) and Luke Gordon (fifth) rounded off the top five.
