Teenager dies in accident

POLICE HAVE CONFIRMED the identity of the young woman who who was involved in a fatal accident along Black Rock Main Road, St Michael this afternoon.

She is 17-year-old Adrianna Sobers of Nelson Street, The City.

Sobers was the pillion rider of a motorcycle which was involved in a collision with two Transport Board buses.

The motorcycle was ridden by 23-year-old Kemar Jordan of Paynes Bay, St James. He was taken to hospital by ambulance.

Police say an 18-month-old was also taken to hospital for assessment.

Fifty-one-year-old Christopher Edwards and 47-year-old Walter Lewis drove the buses. (CA)
