MIGUEL “HANDS OF STONE” ANTOINE is making a return to the ring.

One of Barbados’ best boxers is lacing up the gloves again, coming out of early retirement to face Canadian Yves Ulysse in an eight-round bout set to be televised on HBO next month in Montreal, Quebec.
It’s the first time in two years that the once highly regarded Antoine will be stepping into the ring, with the March 14 welterweight fight against the unbeaten amateur champ set to jump-start a very promising career that featured a 17-1-1 record with nine KOs
“He wasn’t getting the training he needed to compete at the world-class level, and it was even more depressing knowing that he has the skills to beat these guys but not the ring to spar in,” said Antoine’s manager and trainer Sam Layne.
