HEALING HERBS: Don your cloak of positive self-esteem

IF I DID NOT have a very high self-esteem, I would have been spiritually mauled and not served my purpose for being on earth.

Then when it is my time to depart from this earth, the Creator may have expressed disappointment in me for not fighting through the main obstacles to maintain my high esteem.

When you develop a very positive self-esteem, many persons are unaware it is something you have to protect dearly from rivalling forces.

Remember don’t pair being in a leadership position with having high self-esteem. People who have negative self-esteem see the world from a dark, depressed place and they often challenge those with high self-esteem.

I have witnessed seniors with very low self-esteem being uncomfortable around persons in junior positions because most high-esteem persons are very creative. They are productive at work, freely create projects that make others in the environment happy, and confidence and self-belief are their hallmarks for excellence.

They do not seek approval when making personal decisions because they continually shower themselves with self-love and often face challenges with ease.

Those I have noticed with low self-esteem generally appear unhappy, and are producers and distributors of negativity. Some told tales to unsuspecting supervisors or close friends causing damage hurt and stress. When their disgusting plots fail they are often seen “huddling” together to re-plot.

If your self-esteem is low, it means that you need a spring cleaning episode. Try exercising, eat holistic meals, seek professional help, practise forgiveness and detox by juicing four cups of tamarind pulp, turmeric, one pinch of cayenne pepper, half tablespoon of ginger, two cups of watermelon and seven cucumbers.
