Green show might

A WHOLE LOT OF GREEN was added to the urban beauty associated with the Usain Bolt Complex, where St Bernard’s athletes showcased their talents at their inter-house sports last Thursday.

Green House were easy winners on the Ryan Brathwaite Track, with 340 points. Red settled for second with 284 and Blue got 261.

Shatori Eversley was the male athlete who caught the eye, with commanding performances in the Under-11 Boys’ Division. He saved his best performances for the 100 and 200 metres in which he showed poise. This lad already has a good idea about what it takes to be an outstanding sprinter.

“I love to run and I love to win,” said the Division 2 competitor who accumulated 25 points to be named victor ludorum. (AT)
