THE HEARING into the matter over the unsealing of the CLICO Forensic report has been adjourned until March 10.
The in-chamber matter before Mr Justice William Chandler also set April 17 as the date for the CLICO policy holders, represented by Barbados Investors and Policyholders Alliance (BIPA), to present their case to the High Court.
BIPA’s attorney Queen’s Counsel Alair Shepherd made the disclosure regarding their date in court after the meeting. (TS)
