A SPLIT APPEARS to be developing among the Nigerian students who are studying in Barbados.
Yesterday, a group of five came out and declared that those who had been complaining about conditions at the Casa Grande Hotel and the Delta State Youth Programme were in the minority and that the majority of students had no problem with their accommodation and neither had they hired a lawyer to look after their interests.
One by one, the members of the group, who spoke to the WEEKEND NATION in the car park opposite the Oldbury, St Philip hotel, threw their support behind Donna St Hill and castigated their fellow students for trying to sabotage the programme.
As they spoke, another group of students stood outside the range of the camera, recording and taking pictures with their smartphones. An exchange of words followed before the second group of students moved away. (HLE)
