PRINCIPAL OF THE Barbados Community College (BCC), Dr Gladstone Best, wants students to realise that maintaining a healthy body is as important as having a sound education.
Yesterday when the Barbados Student Nurses Association held a health fair on the school grounds Best, along with students and staff, joined in and took advantage of the variety of health checks.
Best said that he had all the readings done and all of his results were normal.
The aim of the fair was to give student nurses the chance to put their skills from the general nursing programme into use.
