A REGIONAL FINANCIAL institution is looking to change the lives of Barbadian youths one student at a time.

Launched earlier today at Solidarity House, the Axcel Mentorship Programme will offer professional mentorship to students at about 12 secondary schools in the first instance.

The programme runs over one term, and will see students closely interacting with the senior executives at Axcel Finance. Cultivating a community of leaders, who will grow through critical analysis and leadership skills development, is the main aim of the programme. (YB)
