DRUG ABUSE does not care if marijuana is legal or illegal, says Reverend Anderson Kellman.
And therefore, he has urged officials to make decisions that are in the best interest of the community and country.
Kellman, of the Bank Hall Church of the Nazarene, was delivering the sermon as the National Council on Substance Abuse (NCSA) began its Drug Awareness Month yesterday. Speaking against the backdrop of the raging debate on the legalisation of marijuana, Kellman called it a “thorny issue” that was being discussed.
