THERE WERE LONG LINES outside the offices of the Barbados Revenue Authority (BRA) as residents rushed to do last-minute business today.
In Oistins, not only were lots of people crammed inside the building, but the line spilled outside, across the bridge and into the upper carpark at Southern Plaza.
In Bridgetown, the line snaked from the traffic lights at the corner of Bridge Street and Marhill Street and into the offices at the Treasury Building.
The BRA has other collection centres at The Pine, St Michael; Weymouth Corporate Centre, Roebuck Street, St Michael; Northern Business Centre, Speightstown, St Peter and Warrens Tower II, Warrens, St Michael.
The offices are scheduled to close at 1 p.m. today. (SAT/PR)
